How to claim the oraimo warranty?
1. Go to https://www.carlcare.com/eg/service-center/ to find your closest Carlcare service center;
2. Go to the Carlcare service center with your purchase receipt or invoice (Contact our customer service Care.eg@oraimo.com or 01017566497 to get your purchase proof.)
3. Hand over your product and associated documentation to the Carlcare representative.
4. Carlcare will conduct an inspection, if the product has an issue which is covered under warranty and it is a factory faulty , you can get your product replaced. After inspection, they will call you to receive the new item.
5. The whole process takes about 7-10 days working days.
