1. What can points be used for?
Points can be redeemed for discounts, gifts, lottery entries, aand more. Use them to reduce the cost of orders in the oraimo store App's Points Mall or when shopping throlugh the oraimo Mall.
2. How to check your current points balance?
View your balance in the oraimo store App under 'User Center' >'Points Mall' or on our website at 'User Center' >'My Explorer Points'. For points details, download the oraimo store App and go to 'User Center' >'Points Mall' > 'View Points History' > 'Points Details/Redemption.
3.How to Earn Points?
Currently, points can be earned in the following ways:
- Sign-in: New users get 80 points upon registration (once per user).
- Subscribing: Newsletter subscription grants 40 points (once per user)
- Purchases: Earn points based on order amount with no limit on frequency.
- Birthday: Provide your birthday to receive 70 points annually on your birthday.
- Review: Earn 30 points per order review with no review limit.
4. How to Use Points?
Points can be spent through shopping and by redeeming products in the Points Mall.

Shopping Points Usage: Users can apply points for shopping at the oraimo Mall or oraimo store App, deducting up to 5% of their order total at checkout.

Points Mall redemption is available exclusively on the oraimo store App for registered users to exchange points for products.
5. Points Mall Redemption:
Exclusive to oraimo store App users! !
- Redeem products if your points exceed the product's point cost, subject to stock availability.
- Direct redemption only; no save for later. Points are deducted instantly upon redemption. Once the redemption order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. The redeemed products by points are not eligible for return or exchange, and the deducted points will not be refunded.
- Check your redemption status in Points Mall >> View Points History >> Redemption Details. No returns or refunds on points-redeemed products.
6. Violation Penalties:
oraimo may deduct points for rule breaches or system disruptions. Final authority on points rules rests with oraimo.
